最近,新加坡的饮料分级制度在国内引起了热议。
简单来说,这项措施就是将市售的饮料按照糖含量以及饱和脂肪含量,分为ABCD四个等级:A级几乎不含糖,最健康;D级含糖量最高,也就是最不健康的。

作为一个在坡的“不喝饮料会死星人”,每次看到包装瓶上醒目的红色大“D”,也会忍不住心里咯噔一下,转而拿起另一边的“A”级饮料。
每日糖摄入超标的问题在全世界都十分普遍,而有这种强制限糖令的国家,其实真不只新加坡一个。

新加坡的饮料分级

不得不说,新加坡这个营养等级标签的视觉冲击力真的很强。
虽然现在都在宣传买食品饮料的时候关注营养成分表,但很多人在面对包装上的数字时,还是很难立刻判断出这些数字意味着什么,到底健不健康。
比如下面这款维生素饮料,可能很多人看了营养成分表,也没有意识到喝完这瓶600ml的饮料,就摄入了28.8克糖了(推荐每人每日的糖摄入最好控制在25克内)。
02 控糖从饮料开始 / 与国民饮食习惯有关 /
有调查显示,新加坡人平均每天摄入约60克糖,是世卫组织建议的2倍多。同时,新加坡人每日摄入的糖分一半以上来自饮料,其中预包装饮料占64%,新鲜调制的饮料占 36%。
